| Event Title: | “Cultural PICKnick – Kultur in Häppchen” |
| Description (min 8 lines): | On the occasion of the European Year of Intercultural Dialog the local chapter of Lower Austria organizes an Intercultural Picknick. Local volunteers, hostfamilies, AFS participants and friends of AFS are invited to share their intercultural experiences. They want to strengthen intercultural awareness and create visibility for the idea of intercultural exchange. Thematical emphasis is put on “cultural stereotypes” and “nonverbal communication”. They will show shortfilms, play music from diverse cultural origin and cook “intercultural meals”. |
